NOW is the time to buy.  Prices are at an all time low for local waterfront property.  Cape Coral still has more canals than Venice Italy.  We are convinced that it will be only a short time before the prices climb to those of yesterday.  Don't miss your opportunity to own a piece of paradise.  You can finally afford to do so.
